Linkody helps you stay on top of your backlinks with automated email reports. These reports summarize important changes and new link activity so you don’t miss anything, whether it’s about your own links or your competitors’.

Linkody provides three types of reports:

1. Backlink Report

Backlink status changes email report

This report highlights any changes in link status that occurred since the last time the report was sent.

  • This can include:

  • Changes are grouped by domain, with up to 10 changes shown per domain.

  • At the bottom, you’ll find a summary showing how many issues were detected per domain.

📅 Sent daily or weekly, depending on your notification settings.

2. New Links Report

New links email report

This report lists all new backlinks detected since the last report.

  • Changes are grouped by domain, with up to 10 changes shown per domain.

  • Useful to monitor link-building progress and spot any unexpected mentions

3. Competitors’ New Links Report

New competitors links email report

This report lists new links acquired by your competitors.

  • Changes are grouped by domain, with up to 10 changes shown per domain.

  • Helps you discover potential link opportunities by seeing where your competitors are being mentioned

📅 Sent daily or weekly, depending on your notification settings.

Customizing your email preferences

  • Choose which reports to receive

  • Set the sending frequency (daily or weekly)

  • Select the email address to send reports to

🔒 Only account owners can change email notification settings.
