Monitored links report behavior
For monitored links, you have an extra option:
Notify if any change of status – Receive a report only if one or more links changed since the last email.
Always send – Receive a report every time, even if nothing changed.
Recipients
By default, reports are sent to the email address used to sign in.
You can define up to 3 recipients to receive the reports instead.
Once set, these recipients replace the default email address. Reports will no longer be sent to the login email unless it is explicitly listed.
This is useful for sending reports directly to clients, teammates, or external stakeholders.
