Linkody enables you to customize your downloadable PDF reports, making them more branded and tailored to your specific reporting needs.

How to access the PDF settings

  1. Click on Settings in the left menu.

    Click on Settings

  2. Click on the PDF settings tab.

Custom logo

Choose a logo

You can upload a custom logo to be displayed in the top-left corner of all PDF reports.
This is ideal for:

  • Agency branding

  • Client reports

  • Team communication

Supported formats include GIF, PNG, and JPEG.

Included fields

The following fields are included by default in the PDF report:

  • Date added

  • URL of the referring page

  • The rel attribute

  • The status

  • The last checked date

You can choose which optional data fields to include in your reports

These fields give extra context about each backlink.

Available fields:

  • Landing page URL – The target URL of the backlink

  • Anchor – The anchor text used in the link

  • Page title – The title of the source page

  • Moz metrics – Domain Authority (DA) and Page Authority (PA)

  • Spam Score – As provided by Moz

  • Ranking – Popularity score from Tranco

  • Total links on page – Number of outbound links on the source page

  • IP address – IP of the source page

  • Notes – Any notes you’ve added to the link

Select only the fields you need to keep your reports clean and focused.
