Updated over 3 months ago

Linkody allows you to add team members or clients to your account and control exactly what they can access. Depending on their role, users can have full control, limited management rights, or read-only access.

Who can add users?

Only the Account Owner and Managers can add or manage users.
Link Builders, Clients, and Observers cannot create new users.

How to add a new user

  1. Click on your user icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select "Users" from the menu.

  3. Click the "Add User" button.

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

    • Role (Owner, Manager, Link Builder, Client, or Observer)

If you select Link Builder or Client, you will also be asked to:

  • Select the domains this user can access.

You can assign access to one or multiple domains depending on the needs of this user.
